Heat Pack Fauna & Flora

Perfect size for a sore neck and shoulders. Made with beautifully patterned fabrics and filled with wheat and flax seeds, scented with a refreshing blend lemongrass and lavender essential oils. Flax seeds have a high oil content and retain their heat well.  When heating, a glass of water in the microwave will help prevent the seeds from scorching. 

To heat: microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and shake seeds around, if not warm enough, return to microwave for 30 seconds. Repeat until desired temp is obtained.

To prevent burning, do not use on babies or individuals who have sensory impairment. Use with care on young children.
